The floors are of a very high quality marble or similar quality stone throughout the whole villa. Wooden Oak floors are also occasionally used. Under floor heating which can also be used for cooling and provides a pleasant temperature is often part of the standard features. High quality hand-made window casings made from hard wood are imported from Germany.
